I love Big W, but I was disappointed on my most recent visit. I checked online to make sure my local store had what I wanted, and the app said there was stock available. Went to the store - no stock.

All Big W stores are pretty much the same, though some are larger and cleaner than others. I went there to pick up my online printing order. The products were well packed, but unfortunately, the printing quality was dark. However, I'm hopeful the after sales support will come to the party. Stay tuned... Update 20 June 23: BigW have acknowledged the poor printing quality and provided me with a voucher to have the mugs reprinted as well as delivered. So quite happy with that.
